云环境下数字档案馆建设模式研究

摘　　要：随着大数据时代的到来,档案馆开始由传统档案馆向数字档案馆发展。通过分析我国数字档案馆建设的背景,提出当前数字档案馆建设中存在的问题,梳理云环境下数字档案馆建设的优势,探索基于云环境解决数字档案馆建设困境的对策。同时从四个方面,即构建数字档案馆信息共享与重视数字化处理的项目模式和实体模式,构建三位一体的个体模式数字档案馆、联合模式数字档案馆、云模式数字档案馆,根据不同的使命和任务构建国家模式和区域模式,按照云环境下数字档案馆与电子政务的关系,构建自建模式与共用平台模式,研究云环境下数字档案馆的建设模式。With the advent of the era of big data,archives began to develop from traditional archives to digital archives.This paper analyzes the background of the construction of digital archives in China,points out the problems existing in the current construction of digital archives,combs the advantages of digital archives construction in cloud environment,and explores the countermeasures to solve the dilemma of digital archivesconstruction based on cloud environment.This paper constructs the project mode and entity mode of information sharing and digital processing in digital archives,constructs the trinity of individual mode,joint mode and cloud mode of digital archives,constructs the national mode and regional mode according to different missions and tasks,and constructs the relationship between digital archives and e-government in cloud environment.Self-built mode and common platform mode are constructed,and the construction mode of digital archives under cloud environment is studied.
