摘 要:随着大众生活水平提升,人民对生活健康的要求不断提高,抗菌抑菌功能纤维顺应社会需求,成为近年来纤维领域热门课题。本文梳理了国内外大学、企业等科研单位在抗菌抑菌复合纤维方面的研究,讨论了抗菌抑菌复合纤维绿色生产工艺,完善了抗菌抑菌复合纤维工业化理论基础并规划抗菌复合纤维发展方向。目前,抗菌抑菌复合纤维其生产工艺创新性仍需加强,进一步提升抗菌功能纤维绿色生产技术对我国化学纤维高新技术产业发展有重要意义。With the improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for life and health,the antibacterial and bacteriostatic function fiber conforms to the social demand and has become a hot topic in the fiber field in recent years.In this paper,the summary of antibacterial and bacteriostatic composite fiber in universities and enterprises at home and abroad was reviewed.The green production process of antibacterial and bacteriostatic composite fiber was discussed.The theoretical basis of industrialization of antibacterial and bacteriostatic composite fiber was improved,and the development direction of antibacterial and bacteriostatic composite fiber was planned.At present,the production processes innovation of antibacterial and bacteriostatic composite fiber still needs to be strengthened,and the green production technology of antibacterial and bacteriostatic fiber should be improved,which is of great significance to the development in China chemical fiber high-tech industry.
