羊毛衫泡沫染色仿旧工艺研究

摘　　要：为了在羊毛衫织物上实现仿旧染色的效果,采用兰纳洒脱染料泡沫染色工艺,通过对发泡剂用量比例、稳定剂种类、增稠剂用量、染料种类及用量、泡沫用量及蒸化时间进行探究,并对染色后K/S值及仿旧等级进行评定。结果表明:采用泡沫染色仿旧工艺染色时,当兰纳洒脱黑B染料用量5%(owf),十二烷基硫酸钠质量浓度8 g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠质量浓度8 g/L,十二醇质量浓度1 g/L,增稠剂用量1%(owf),浴比1∶20,泡沫用量500%(owf)时,仿旧效果达到5级。In order to achieve the effect of retro dyeing on sweater fabric,the Lanaset dye foam dyeing process was adopted.Through the investigation of the dosage proportion of foaming agent,the selection of stabilizer type,the dosage of thickener,the type and dosage of dye,the dosage of foam and the evaporation time,the K/S value and retro grade after dyeing were evaluated.The results show that the dosage of Lanaset dye black B is 5%(owf),the sodium dodecyl sulfate is 8 g/L,the concentration of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 1 g/L,the dosage of thickener is 1%(owf),and the bath ratio is 1∶20.Foam dosage of 500%(owf),and imitation effect reaching 5 level.
