伦敦与东京借助奥运会提升城市国际化水平的启示

摘　　要：奥林匹克运动会与城市发展息息相关,举办城市为其提供场馆设施与服务,也为城市提供机遇与影响力,驱动举办城市的国际化进程。北京冬季奥林匹克奥运会举办在即,借助冬奥会向世界展示北京城市形象,对于提升城市国际化水平、推进国际交往中心建设具有重要意义。文章对伦敦、东京借助奥林匹克运动会筹办提升城市国际化水平的理念与行动进行了系统分析,以期为北京借力冬季奥林匹克奥运会提升城市国际化水平提供借鉴与启示。Olympic Games are closely related to urban development through two-way interaction.On the one hand,the hosting city provides with all the necessary stadiums,facilities and service for Olympic Games;on the other hand,holding Olympic Games creates a good opportunity for the city to attract investments,improve infrastructure,enhance influence and accelerate internationalization.Since Beijing Olympic Winter Games is imminent,it is of great importance for Beijing’s improving urban internationalization level and establishing international exchange center to display its urban image to the whole world with Olympic Games.In this article,the ideas and practices of promoting urban internationalization through hosting Olympic Games from London and Tokyo are systematically analyzed,and are expected to be useful reference to Beijing.
