摘　　要：2020年的新冠肺炎疫情给我国经济社会发展和生产生活秩序带来了较大影响。相对于新型冠状病毒对生命威胁的即时性,疫情对大学生就业的影响具有滞后性与持久性,持续蔓延的国际疫情以及不确定性因素的增加,同时影响了应届高校毕业生择业去向、职业生涯规划的方向。为此,结合网络问卷、报表调查、座谈走访等形式,对2020年新冠肺炎疫情给唐山市高校毕业生就业带来的实际影响进行客观分析,并为促进毕业生就业提出相关的对策。The new crown pneumonia epidemic in 2020 will have a greater impact on my country’s economic and social development and the order of production and life.Compared with the immediate life threat of the new coronavirus,the impact of the epidemic on the employment of college students is lagging and persistent.The continuous spread of the international epidemic and the increase in uncertain factors have also affected the career choices and career sources of fresh college graduates.Planning direction.To this end,combined with online questionnaires,report surveys,forum visits and other forms,an objective analysis of the actual impact of the 2020 new crown pneumonia epidemic on the employment of college graduates in Tangshan City is carried out,and countermeasures are proposed to promote the employment of graduates.
