摘 要:提出一种基于变权和改进优劣解距离法的电能质量评估模型。首先利用改进层次法、改进熵权法及变异系数法确定主客观权重,并采用博弈理论对主客观权重进行组合,克服了单一权重的不足;然后根据所选的电能质量指标,采用变权理论对权重进行动态调整,使权重更加贴合电能质量评估的实际要求;最后采用灰色关联理论和余弦相似理论改进的优劣解距离法对所选测试点的电能质量进行评估。改进的优劣解距离法既计及了指标间的关联性,又克服了传统优劣解距离法等距情况下无法得出准确结果的不足。最后通过Matlab实例验证了该方法可有效实现对电能质量的评估。A power quality evaluation model based on variable weight and improved distance method of superior and inferior solutions is proposed.Firstly,the improved analytic hierarchy process method,improved entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights,and game theory is used to combine the subjective and objective weights,which overcomes the shortcomings of single weight.Then,the variable weight theory is used to dynamically adjust the weights to make the weight more suitable for reality.Finally,the distance method of superior and inferior solutions improved by gray relation theory and cosine similarity theory is used for the power quality evaluation of selected test points.The improved method not only considers the correlation between the indicators,but also overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional distance method of superior and inferior solutions that can not be accurately determined under the equidistant situation.Example verification through Matlab programming shows that the imporved method can effectively realize the evaluation of power quality.
