改良大隐静脉曲张术治疗静脉曲张的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨大隐静脉曲张改良手术与常规手术在临床应用中治疗静脉曲张的效果。方法选取2019年9月—2020年12月在医院确诊的68例静脉曲张患者为研究对象,按照患者组间性别、年龄、病程均衡可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组患者采用传统静脉曲张治疗,观察组患者采用改良静脉曲张治疗。治疗后比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间,同时观察两组患者的并发症。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的失血量、手术时间和术后住院时间均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的38.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良大隐静脉曲张治疗方式并发症较少,安全性高,治疗时间短。Objective To explore the effect of modified operation and conventional operation on varicose veins in clinical application.Methods A total of 68 patients with varicose veins diagnosed in the hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of gender,age and course of disease,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional varicose veins,and patients in the observation group were treated with modified varicose veins.After treatment,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups,and the complications of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the blood loss,operation time and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 38.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified treatment of varicose veins has fewer complications,high safety,and short treatment time.
