省级农业科研单位网络舆情应急管理探讨

摘　　要：以辽宁省农业科学院为例,分析网络舆情的定义和分类,讨论加强网络舆情应急管理的必要性和重要性,论述省级农业科研单位对网络舆情应急管理的主要措施,为加强省级单位的网络舆情应急管理工作提供参考。Taking Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper analyzes the definition and classification of network public opinion,discusses the necessity and importance of strengthening the emergency management of network public opinion,and discusses the main measures of provincial agricultural research institutions for emergency management of network public opinion,so as to provide reference for strengthening the emergency management of network public opinion of provincial institutions.
