摘　　要：生猪保险是用于保障生猪养殖业稳定发展的政策性保险,当出现动物疫情时能够有效降低养殖户的养殖风险,在一定程度上能够保障猪肉的供给,平抑猪肉价格的波动。基于对非洲猪瘟疫情暴发前后中国生猪存栏量和出栏量、猪肉价格波动、肉类替代品价格波动的分析,探讨了非洲猪瘟对中国消费者和养殖户带来的影响,进一步阐明了生猪保险存在的必要性;在此基础上分析了目前中国生猪保险的发展状况,指出了其中存在的险种较少、养殖者投保意愿不足、保险覆盖率低等问题。最后,基于中国生猪保险存在的问题提出了相关政策建议。Pig insurance is a policy-based insurance used to guarantee the stable development of pig breeding industry.When an animal epidemic occurs,pig insurance can effectively reduce the breeding risk of farmers,ensure pork supply to a certain extent,and calm down the fluctuation of pork price.Based on analyzing the live pig stock and slaughtered pigs,the fluctuation of pork prices and the prices of meat substitutes in China before and after the outbreak of African swine fever epidemic,the impact of African swine fever epidemic on Chinese consumers and farmers were discussed,and the necessity of pig insurance was further clarified.On this basis,the current status of pig insurance development in China was analyzed,and some problems were pointed out,such as fewer kinds of insurance,insufficient insurance willingness of breeders,and low insurance coverage rate.Finally,based on the problems existing in China's pig insurance,relevant policy suggestions were put forward.
