摘  要:以‘红富士’葡萄枝条为试材,通过改良贮藏方法,比较不同贮藏介质与插条摆放方向对贮藏质量的影响,并通过增设小拱棚或遮阳网等手段,调控插条基部愈合时间与顶部抽芽时间和生长速度。结果表明,以园土为介质,枝条倒放,覆土5~10 cm,保持湿度40%~50%,盖白色塑料膜保湿,‘红富士’出苗率可达95%;贮藏床上方搭建小拱棚架可提早5~7 d入田扦插,盖遮阳网可延长插条贮藏时间5 d以上,为提高南方葡萄种苗质量提供了技术依据。The one-year cuttings of‘Beni Fuji'were used as test materials,effects of different storage media and cuttings placement directions on the storage quality were compared by improving the storage method.The healing time of cutting base,sprout time and growth rate of top cuttings were adjusted by adding small arched sheds or sunshade nets.The results showed that the seedling emergence rate of‘Beni Fuji'could reach 95% when the garden soil was selected as medium,the cuttings were placed upside down,the soil was covered with 5-10 cm,the humidity was maintained by 40%-50%,and the white plastic film was covered with moisture.The small arch frame set up above the storage bed could be transplanted for cutting into the field 5-7 days in advance,and the storage time of cuttings could be extended by covering the sunshade net for more than 5 days.The results provided a technical basis for improving the quality of grape seedlings in southern China.
