摘　　要：目的评价混合痔外剥内扎术后采用局部红光照射治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2019年10月至2019年11月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院行外剥内扎术治疗的60例混合痔患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(红光照射联合熏洗疗法,n=30)和对照组(熏洗疗法,n=30)。比较两组住院时间、创面愈合时间、术后并发症发生情况(创面疼痛、水肿、渗出)、临床疗效和住院满意度。结果两组住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经广义估计方程分析,观察组术后第3、5、7、14天创面疼痛、创面水肿、创面渗出程度均轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而且术后第3天至第14天,患者创面疼痛、创面水肿、创面渗出情况日趋缓解(均P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月的临床疗效优于对照组,住院满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论混合痔外剥内扎术后采用局部红光照射治疗可减轻创面疼痛、水肿、渗出程度,缩短创面愈合时间,临床疗效显著,患者住院满意度较高。Objectives To investigate the effect of red light irradiation on mixed hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan surgery.Methods Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated with Milligan-Morgan surgery at the Shuguang Hospital—Affiliated Hospital of the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between October and November 2019 were recruited.Patients were randomly assigned to treatment group(n=30,treated with postoperative red light irradiation and fumigation-washing therapy)and control group(n=30,treated with fumigation-washing therapy only).The followings were compared between the two groups:duration of hospitalization,time to wound healing,incidence of postoperative complications(wound pain,edema,and oozing),overall efficacy,and patients’satisfaction Results The two groups did not differ significantly in the duration of hospitalization(P>0.05).Time to wound healing was significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The analysis of generalized estimation equation showed that the treatment group had significantly less wound pain,less edema,and less severe oozing at 3,5,7,and 14 days after surgery(P<0.05).Moreover,the treatment group showed significant alleviation of wound pain,edema,and oozing between 3 and 14 days after surgery(P<0.05).The overall efficacy was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),and patients in the treatment group also had better satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing Milligan-Morgan surgery,postoperative red light irradiation can alleviate wound pain,edema,wound oozing,shorten the time to wound healing.It is highly effective and has high patients’satisfaction.
