摘　　要：新晃地处湘西南,野生中药资源丰富。全县有中药资源901种,位居全省前列。新晃中药发展历史传承悠久,拥有吴茱萸、龙脑樟、黄精、辰砂等传统道地药材,县域中药产业发展迅速。调研新晃县中药资源与产业发展现状,总结分析中药产业发展的问题,发现道地药材产业发展特色不明显、中药产业科技创新能力弱、中药资源保护和利用不充分、中药龙头企业引领不强等问题较为突出。因此,从科技创新的视野提出统筹引领发展中药材产业、加强中药材生产科技支撑、强化道地药材品牌影响力、发挥龙头企业的引领作用、营造良好的产业营商环境和落实中药专业人才队伍建设等产业发展的对策。Xinhuang is located in Southwest Hunan and is rich in wild traditional Chinese medicine resources.There are 901 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine resources in the county,ranking in the forefront of the province.Xinhuang traditional Chinese medicine has a long history.It has traditional and genuine medicinal materials such as Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth,Cinnamomum camphora,Polygonatum sibiricum Del.ex Red.,cinnabar and so on.The traditional Chinese medicine industry in the county has developed rapidly.By investigating the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine resources and industry development in Xinhuang County,summarizing and analyzing the problems in the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry,it is found that the development characteristics of genuine traditional Chinese medicine industry are not obvious,the scientific and technological innovation ability of traditional Chinese medicine industry is weak,the protection and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources are insufficient,and the leading enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine are not strong.Therefore,from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation,this paper puts forward new countermeasures for industrial development,such as overall planning and leading the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry,strengthening the scientific and technological support for traditional Chinese medicine production,strengthening the brand influence of genuine traditional Chinese medicine,giving full play to the leading role of leading enterprises,creating a good industrial business environment and implementing the construction of traditional Chinese medicine professionals.
