高校学报特色化的认识误区与基本要求

摘　　要：特色化办刊是高校学报的普遍选择。高校学报在进行特色化实践的过程中,经常出现收效甚微甚至是事与愿违的情况。对特色化办刊的本质及其功能在认识上的偏差与误区、在实践上的急功近利,是高校学报特色化效果不尽人意的主要原因。高校学报特色化不能单纯模仿别人的办刊模式,高校学报特色化要和学报内涵式发展结合起来,其有三个基本要求:一是学术范式的统一性;二是特色化要有核心主题;三是特色化要立足于实际。高校学报特色化不能够解决学报的所有问题。Running a journal with characteristics is a common choice for university journals.In the process of characteristic practice of university journals,there are often unsatisfactory or even contrary situations.The main reasons for the unsatisfactory results are the deviation in the understanding of the nature and function of characteristic journals and the eagerness for quick success and instant benefit in practice.It cannot merely copy the mode of other journals.Characteristic development of university journals must be in combination with connotative development.There are three essential requirements to characteristic development of university journals.Firstly,it should be uniformity in academic paradigm.Secondly,it must have central themes.Finally,it should be based on reality.Characteristic development of university journals may not resolve all problems of university journal.
