摘  要:氮化铀(UN)燃料作为高铀密度燃料之一,已成为未来空间堆动力、空间核电源、核动力火箭的首选燃料之一。本文采用金属铀氢化脱氢-氮化脱氮及热压烧结工艺制备得到UN粉末和芯块,探究了粉末粒度对燃料芯块性能的影响。结果表明,制备得到的UN粉末为单相UN,形貌为不规则的非球形,有利于芯块制备过程中粉末间的相互填充和机械啮合;不同粒度UN粉末热压烧结制备的UN芯块,物相检测结果均为单相UN,当粉末粒度为-100~+200目时,芯块密度、铀密度及压溃强度最高,分别为13.78 g/cm^(3)(96.23%T.D.)、12.99 g/cm^(3)和175.4 MPa;-50~+100目粉末次之,-200目粉末最次;对-100~+200目和-50~+100目粉末所制UN芯块进行热物理性能对比,-100~+200目粉末制备芯块热扩散系数较大,热膨胀系数则两者相近。As one of the high density of uranium fuel,the uranium nitride has become a pile of future space power,space nuclear power and rocket’s fuel.In this paper,uranium nitride powder and pellet with high density were prepared by hydrogenation-dehydrogenation,nitriding,denitriding and hot pressing sintering process,the effect of powder size on pellet property was investigated.The results show that phase of powder is uranium nitride,and morphology is irregular and non-spherical.It is beneficial to the interfiling and mechanical meshing of powder during pellet preparation,and phases of all the pellets which prepared by powder of different sizes are uranium nitride.The density,uranium density and crushing strength of pellets prepared by powder with mesh count-100-+200 are highest,13.78 g/cm^(3)(96.23%T.D.),12.99 g/cm^(3) and 175.4 MPa respectively.Mesh count-50-+100 takes second place and mesh count-200 is the worst.And for thermal diffusion coefficients of uranium nitride pellets prepared by powder of mesh count-100-+200 and-50-+100,pellets prepared by powder with mesh count-100-+200 is higher than mesh count-50-+100,and thermal expansion coefficient is close.
