摘  要:随着全球钛白粉和海绵钛需求量不断增长,高钛渣的需求也呈直线上升趋势。而半钢的有效利用对提高钛渣生产的经济性有着重要的影响。为了提高钛渣生产企业的经济效益,有必要对半钢进行增值研究,提高半钢附加值。通过对传统生产工艺流程进行改进,在渣铁分离后,对液态半钢进行脱硫、增碳、增硅处理。该工艺在铁水量比较少的情况下,采用Mg+CaO+Al2O3作为脱硫剂,不采用搅拌和喷吹的方法就可以达到很好的脱硫效果。工艺简单可行,值得推广。With the increasing global demand for titanium dioxide and sponge titanium,the demand for high titanium slag is also on the rise.The effective utilization of semi steel has an important influence on improving the economy of titanium slag production.In order to improve the economic benefits of titanium slag production enterprises,it is necessary to carry out value-added research on semi steel to improve the added value of semi steel.Through the improvement of the traditional production process,the liquid semi steel was desulfurized,carburized and silicified after the separation of slag and iron.In this process,Mg + CaO + Al2O3 is used as desulfurizer without stirring and injection when the amount of hot metal is relatively small.The process is simple and feasible,which is worthy of promotion.
