摘  要:带式焙烧机工艺的NO_(x)排放量较高,高值达到400 mg/m^(3)以上,环保排放压力较大。目前对带式焙烧机的NO_(x)排放规律并无系统研究,普遍按锅炉等的排放规律,认为带式焙烧机的NO_(x)排放量由温度决定。通过对数据的分析,揭示煤气流量与NO_(x)排放量的关系,归纳了带式焙烧机NO_(x)的排放规律,对带式焙烧机NO_(x)排放的控制具有指导意义。The NO_(x)emission of the belt roaster process is high,the high value is over 400 mg/m^(3),and the environmental protection emission pressure is large.At present,there is no systematic study on NO_(x)emission of belt roaster.According to the emission law of boiler,it is considered that NO_(x)emission of belt roaster is determined by temperature.Through the analysis of data,the relationship between gas flow and NO_(x)emission is revealed,and the NO_(x)emission law of belt roaster is summarized,which has guiding significance for NO_(x)emission control of belt roaster.
