摘　　要：为了解决宣钢二钢轧厂150 t转炉冶炼周期长、生产效率低的问题,通过氧枪系统优化改造、出钢口尺寸改造、增加装入量等工艺优化措施,大幅度缩短转炉冶炼周期,提产增效效果明显,完成了转炉高效生产的目标。In order to solve the problem of long smelting cycle and low production efficiency of the 150 t converter in the second steel mill,through the process optimization measures of the oxygen gun system,the size of the steel outlet and the loading volume,the converter smelting cycle is greatly shortened,the production and efficiency effect is obvious,and the goal of converter efficiency production has been achieved.
