摘　　要：根据连云港亚新钢铁有限公司现有生产工艺以及PC钢棒用30Mn Si的特点,通过制定合理的工艺,对转炉冶炼、LF精炼、连铸及控冷控轧等工艺技术进行生产实践,开发出质量满足客户要求的PC钢棒用的30Mn Si热轧盘条。According to the existing production process of Lianyungang Yaxin Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.and the characteristics of 30 Mn Si for PC steel bar,through reasonable process formulation,the production practice of converter smelting,LF refining,continuous casting and controlled cooling and rolling process technology was carried out,and the30 Mn Si hot rolled wire rod for PC steel bar with quality meeting the requirements was developed.
