摘　　要：新余钢铁集团有限公司设计开发全自动焊牌机器人弥补钢材生产企业在棒材轧制生产过程中因原有自动焊牌机器人不能与生产线和计量系统融合的不足,该系统的构成为机器人本体、辅助焊牌装置、图像定位分析系统、电气自动化控制系统、焊牌信息跟踪系统,将其用于棒材轧制生产线,实现了棒材生产的全自动化。Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.designed and developed automatic welding brand robot to make up for the shortage of steel production enterprises in the process of bar rolling because the original automatic welding brand robot can not integrate with production line and metering system.The system consists of robot body,auxiliary welding plate device,image positioning and analysis system,electrical automation control system,welding plate information tracking system,which is used in bar rolling production line to realize the automatic production of bar.
