摘　　要：为使首钢长钢九高炉实现低成本高效冶炼以及长期安全稳定运行,通过将炉型由传统的厚炉型改造为全覆盖镶砖薄壁炉型,并采取加强原燃料管理、优化上下部调节、强化出铁管理、开展小指标竞赛等措施,使得利用系数连续6个月稳定在3.4~3.5之间,在千级高炉利用系数行业排名前十,同时生铁成本在一季度也取得了行业排名第三的好成绩。In order to realize low-cost and high-efficiency smelting and long-term safe and stable operation of No.9 BF in Shougang Changgang,the utilization coefficient was stabilized between 3.4 and 3.5 for six consecutive months by transforming the furnace type from traditional thick furnace type to full coverage brick inlaid thin-wall furnace type,strengthening raw material and fuel management,optimizing upper and lower regulation,strengthening tapping management and carrying out small index competition,It ranks in the top ten in the utilization coefficient industry of 1000 class blast furnace.At the same time,the pig iron cost also ranked third in the industry in the first quarter.
