摘　　要：通过对垣曲冶炼厂电解净液旋流工艺的改进,调整生产工艺函数,控制电解液的杂质量,加大电解液的净液量,优化旋流电解净液工艺技术条件,达到满足电解生产工艺的要求,控制好电解液的杂质浓度,生产合格的阴极铜产品。Through the improvement of hydrocyclone process of electrolyzed pure liquid in Yuanqu smelter,the production process function was adjusted to control the impurity quality of electrolyte.In order to meet the requirements of electrolytic production process,it is necessary to increase the amount of electrolyte and optimize the technological conditions of cyclone electrolysis.The impurity concentration of electrolyte should be controlled to produce qualified cathode copper products.
