摘　　要：目前,关于磁控胶囊内镜医师的标准化培训流程尚未形成。文章通过回顾性分析2020年5—9月20名在西安交通大学第一附属医院进行磁控胶囊内镜医师规范化培训与考核学员的结果,从中进行教学总结,旨在为更多基层医师及带教医师提供经验,为更多患者带来福祉。在培训过程中应强调严格把握适应证与禁忌证,注重因材施教,采取理论与实践相结合、多种方法相结合的教学模式。此外,严格的考核制度及长期的交流学习能提高带教效果。At present,standardized training process for physicians of magnetic-controlled capsule endoscopy has not been formed yet.This paper analyzed the performance of 20 primary physicians who received standardized training and assessment of magnetic-controlled capsule endoscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from May to September 2020 and summarized teaching experience so as to provide experience for more physicians in training and teaching,and bring benefits to more patients.During the teaching process,it is necessary to strictly grasp the indications and contraindications,pay attention to teaching stu-dents in accordance with their aptitude,and adopt the teaching mode of combining theory with practice and combining various methods.In addition,strict assessment and long-term exchange learning could improve teaching effect.
