摘　　要：二甲基砜是一种含硫化合物,是动物机体合成胶原蛋白的重要原料,其广泛存在于自然界和人体中,具有抗炎、抗氧化、促进动物机体新陈代谢以及预防疾病等功效。机体一旦摄入二甲基砜的量不足,就会产生严重的健康问题。目前,虽说二甲基砜被广泛应用于保健品的开发和疾病的治疗中,但国内外关于二甲基砜的研究仍处于探索阶段,其作用机理尚不清楚。文章对二甲基砜的理化性质、功能以及在宠物饲料上的应用前景等方面展开论述,以期能为二甲基砜在宠物饲料上的开发研究提供参考依据。Methyl sulfonyl methane is a sulfur-containing compound,which is an important raw material for animal body to synthesize collagen.It widely exists in nature and human bodits,and has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,promoting animal metabolism and preventing diseases.Once the body intake of methyl sulfonyl methane is insufficient,it will cause serious health problems.At present,methyl sulfonyl methane is widely used in the development of health products and the treatment of diseases.However,the research on methyl sulfonyl methane at home and abroad is still in the exploratory stage,and its mechanism is still unclear.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties,functions and application prospects of methyl sulfonyl methane in pet feed were discussed,in order to provide references for the development and researches on methyl sulfonyl methane in pet feed.
