巨刺灸法对脑梗死患者上肢运动功能康复的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨巨刺灸法对脑梗死患者上肢运动功能康复的影响。方法选取成都中医药大学附属医院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的脑梗死患者75例为研究对象,依据治疗方法的不同,将其分为对照组、常规灸法组和巨刺灸法组3组,每组25例。对照组行常规治疗加康复护理,常规灸法组在对照组基础上行常规灸法治疗,巨刺灸法组在对照组基础上联合巨刺灸法治疗。采用Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评估量表(FMA-UE)比较3组患者干预前及干预1个月后上肢运动功能恢复情况。结果3组患者FMA-UE评分总分均提高;对照组干预1个月后FMA-UE评分均低于常规灸法组和巨刺灸法组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规灸法组、巨刺灸法组FMA-UE评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巨刺灸法与常规灸法均能改善脑梗死患者上肢运动功能,巨刺灸法效果更显著。Objective To explore the effect of opposing moxibustion on upper extremity motor function recovery in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 75 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were included and divided into 3 groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=25)received routine treatment plus rehabilitation nursing,and the routine moxibustion group(n=25)received routine moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group,while the opposing moxibustion group(n=25)received opposing moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The recovery of upper extremity motor function fugl-meyer assessment-upper extremity(FMA-UE score)in 3 groups before and 1 month after intervention were compared.Results The total FMA-UE score increased in all three groups.The FMA-UE score of the control group 1 month after intervention was lower than that of the routine moxibustion group and the opposing moxibustion group,and the differences among groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in FMA-UE score between the routine moxibustion group and the opposing moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both opposing moxibustion and routine moxibustion can improve the upper extremity motor function of patients with cerebral infarction,and the former is more effective.
