温脾贴治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察温脾贴运用于脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月成都中医药大学附属医院收治的脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上予以温脾贴治疗,两组均进行4周治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效;胃脘疼痛程度的评估采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)。结果经过4周治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率86.7%高于对照组的63.3%(P<0.05);试验组VAS评分(1.2±0.7)分低于对照组的(2.7±0.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温脾贴为脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者提供了一种操作简单、安全无创的中医传统外治疗法,患者胃脘痛得到了缓解,治疗总有效率较高,临床值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wenpi paste on epigastric pain of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type.Methods A total of 60 patients with epigastric pain of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Wenpi paste on the basis of routine treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy after treatment in both groups was observed.The epigastric pain was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS).Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.7%,which was higher than 63.3%of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group(1.2±0.7)was lower than that of the control group(2.7±0.7),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenpi paste provides a simple,safe and non-invasive external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with epigastric pain of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type,relieves the epigastric pain,and has a high total effective rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
