摘　　要：目的探讨鸟巢式护理联合音乐疗法对早产儿体格发育和神经发育的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在郑州大学第五附属医院新生儿科住院的早产儿112例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组56例,对两组日睡眠时间、开奶时间、体重增长速度、新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)进行比较。结果与对照组相比,试验组日睡眠时间更长,开奶时间更短,体重增长速度更快,预产期日NBNA评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸟巢式护理联合音乐疗法有利于促进早产儿早期的体格发育和神经系统发育,改善预后。Objective To explore the effect of bird's nest type nursing combined with music therapy on the growth and development of premature infants.Methods A total of 112 premature infants hospitalized in the Neonatal Department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to January 2020 were included and divided into control group(n=56)and experimental group(n=56)according to random number table method.Daily sleep time,time of first suckling,daily weight gain,neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)of infants were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the premature infants in the experimental group had longer daily sleep time,earlier time of first suckling,faster daily weight gain,and higher NBNA on the expected day of birth,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bird's nest type nursing combined with music therapy is beneficial to promote the early growth and development of premature infants,promote the development of neural system and improve the prognosis.
