派工调度信息系统在医院中央运输管理中的应用实践

摘　　要：目的探讨派工调度信息系统在医院中央运输管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月四川大学华西医院中央运输科在岗运输员工227名为研究对象,采用派工调度信息系统,对医院临床科室的临时医疗运送任务实施信息化管理,比较该系统实施前后的效果。结果派工调度信息系统构建实施后,派工差错和转运投诉率明显降低、医务人员及患者满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论派工调度信息系统的研发和使用,可提高中央运输工作效率和工作质量,提升中央运输管理水平。Objective To explore the application effect of dispatching information system in hospital central transportation.Methods A total of 227 transportation employees in the central transportation department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.A dispatching information system was constructed to implement information management for temporary medical transportation tasks in clinical departments of the hospital.And the effect before and after the implementation of the system was compared.Results After the construction and implementation of the dispatching information system,the complaints about dispatching errors and transshipment were significantly reduced,the satisfaction of medical staff and patients was significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development and application of the dispatching information system can improve the efficiency and quality of central transportation,and enhance the level of central transportation management.
