摘 要:“施工组织管理”是工程管理专业中既传统又比较综合的科目,结合现阶段BIM技术的高速发展,对BIM信息技术融入该门课程进行实践研究。通过对传统课程教学中导致学生被动学习缺乏创造性的弊端进行剖析,深入研究BIM信息技术优势,寻找与课程教学的契合度。在教改过程中,利用翻转课堂、角色模拟、理实相结合等教学手段总结出BIM信息技术的引入不仅能将全过程案例导入,让学生体验施工全过程管理,而且通过软件的使用,还能提高学生的学习热情,变被动为主动学习,并在课程结束后真正实现了与市场动态链接等多方面的应用价值。“Construction organization management”is a traditional and comprehensive course for engineering management specialty.Combined with the rapid development of BIM Technology at the present stage,a practical research is conducted on the integration of BIM information technology into this course.Through analyzing the disadvantages of traditional teaching which lead to studentspassive learning and lack of creativity,an in-depth study is made on the advantages of BIM information technology,looking for its fit with the course teaching.In the process of teaching reform,the application of the flipped classroom,role-play simulation,combination of theory and practice and other teaching means leads to the conclusion that the introduction of BIM information technology can not only import the whole-process cases,helping students experience the whole process of construction management,but also boost studentslearning enthusiasm through the use of software,helping students change from learning passively to actively.Besides,the application value in many aspects such as the dynamic link with the market can be really realized at the end of the course.
