摘 要:针对M100甲醇燃料在低温下难以起动的问题,研究M100甲醇燃料在添加时,不同比例烃类添加剂对发动机冷起动性能改善的影响.通过在-20℃,-10℃和0℃3种环境温度下对比分析M100甲醇燃料在加注多种不同比例烃类添加剂的冷起动性能.试验结果表明,环境温度在-10℃时,烃类添加剂的加注量达到12%(体积百分比),添加剂烃类比例不低于85%时,甲醇发动机可以正常起动;环境温度在-20℃时,在增加发动机喷油脉宽的同时,需要将烃类燃料添加剂的加注量增加到15%(体积百分比),并且添加剂烃类比例不低于90%时,甲醇发动机才能够正常起动.For the difficult start of M100 methanol fuel at low temperature,this paper demonstrated the effect of hydrocarbon additives of different ratio on the cold start performance of M100 methanol fuel.The cold start performance of M100 methanol fuel in different ratio of hydrocarbon additives were added to M100 methanol fuel at-20℃,-10℃and 0℃.The test results showed that when the ambient temperature was-10℃,the methanol engine could start normally when the amount of hydrocarbon additive reached 12%(weight percentage)and the hydrocarbon ratio of additive was not less than 85%;when the ambient temperature was-20℃,the methanol engine could start normally only when the injection pulse width of the engine was increased and the amount of hydrocarbon fuel additivea was increased to 15%(weight percentage)and the hydrocarbon proportion of the additive was not less than 90%.
