摘  要:爆炸场温度工程测试过程中,传感器的工程安装方式对准确获取爆炸场温度具有重要意义.为了实现传感器准确测量,利用AUTODYN数值模拟软件建立数值仿真模型,针对两种不同安装方式即传感器正对爆心水平安装与传感器相对爆心垂直安装进行模拟仿真实验.仿真结果表明:传感器正对爆心水平安装数值模拟结果与原始数据更接近,随着传感器安装角度的增大,爆炸温度峰值随之增大,即爆炸场温度峰值与传感器的安装角度呈正相关.In actual engineering measurement of explosion temperature,the installation method of the sensor is of great significance to accurately obtain the explosion temperature.In order to achieve accurate measurement,a numerical simulation model was established using AUTODYN numerical simulation software,and a simulation experiment was conducted for two different installation methods,that is,the sensor is installed horizontally against the center of the explosion or installed vertically relative to the center of the explosion.Simulation results show that the numerical simulation results of the horizontal installation of the sensor against the explosion center are closer to the original data.As the installation angle of the sensor increases,the peak explosion temperature increases,that is,the peak explosion temperature is positively correlated with the installation angle of the sensor.
