摘  要:物料配送能力成为制约市政工程项目是否能按质按时完成的重要因素,是影响市政工程得以顺利开展的关键制约性因素。本文从配送基础能力、配送效率能力、配送成本能力构建了市政工程物料配送能力的指标体系,以江西省南昌市地铁A项目为例,采用模糊综合评价方法对物料配送能力进行测算。研究结果表明:从配送基础能力、配送效率能力、配送成本能力三个方面构建的市政工程项目物料配送能力指标体系较为科学合理,南昌市地铁A项目的物料配送能力表现为优秀等级。Material distribution capacity has become an important factor that restricts whether municipal engineering projects can be completed on time with good quality,and it is the key restrictive factor that affects the smooth development of municipal engineering.In this paper.The index system of material distribution ability of municipal engineering is constructed from distribution basic ability,distribution efficiency ability and distribution cost ability.Taking the A project of Nanchang Metro in Jiangxi Province as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to measure the material distribution ability.The research results show that the index system of material distribution ability of municipal engineering projects constructed from three aspects of distribution basic ability,distribution efficiency ability and distribution cost ability is more scientific and reasonable,and the material distribution ability of Nanchang Metro A project is ranked as excellent.
