摘 要:本文对不同引气剂掺量的高掺量磨细矿渣复合浆体的流动度、屈服应力、塑性粘度、触变面积等流变学参数进行了试验与对比分析,研究了引气剂对高掺量磨细矿渣复合浆体流变特性的影响规律。结果表明:随引气剂掺量的提高,复合浆体的流动度呈阶段性下降;屈服应力、塑性黏度呈线性增大,且磨细矿渣掺量越高,引气剂掺量对其复合浆体屈服应力、塑性黏度影响越大;同引气剂掺量条件下,相对于普通水泥浆体,磨细矿渣复合浆体的触变性大。In order to explore the influence of air entraining agent on the rheological properties of compound pastes with high volume of GGBS,the rheological parameters(slump flow,yield stress,plastic viscosity,and area of hysteresis loop)of compound pastes affected by air entraining agent were tested and comparative analyzed.The results show that the slump flow of compound pastes decreases stage by stage with the increasing dosage of air entraining agent.The yield stress and plastic viscosity increase lineally with the increasing dosage of air entraining agent,and the higher the dosage of GGBS,the greater the influence degree on the yield stress and plastic viscosity.Compared with ordinary cement paste in the same dosage of air entraining agent condition,the compound pastes with high volume of GGBS have bigger thixotropy.
