水利工程中小型水库除险加固设计研究

摘　　要：我国水库大坝数量众多,“98”洪水以来,国家安排多轮病险水库除险加固工程,水库大坝安全得到了有效保障。随着时间推移、环境变化以及技术认知的提高,仍存在诸多的病险水库。党和国家高度重视病险水库的安全问题,“十四五”规划中明确提出要加快病险水库除险加固,水利部也安排部署“十四五”期间全国水库除险加固和运行管护工作。文章总结了病险水库除险加固实施情况及大、中、小型病险水库存在的主要问题,提出病险水库除险策略,降低或消除病险水库的安全风险,可为全国病险水库除险加固工作指引思路。There are a large number of reservoirs and dams in my country.Since the"98"flood,the state has arranged multiple rounds of dangerous reservoirs to remove danger and strengthen projects,and the safety of reservoir dams has been effectively guaranteed.With the passage of time,environmental changes and the improvement of technological awareness,there are still many dangerous reservoirs.The party and the state attach great importance to the safety of dangerous reservoirs.The"14th Five-Year Plan"clearly stated that the risk removal and reinforcement of dangerous reservoirs should be accelerated.The Ministry of Water Resources also arranged for the deployment of national reservoirs during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.jobs.This article summarizes the implementation of dangerous and dangerous reservoirs and the main problems of large,medium and small dangerous water stocks,and proposes strategies to reduce or eliminate the safety risks of dangerous reservoirs,which can be used to eliminate dangerous reservoirs nationwide.Guiding ideas for risk reinforcement work.
