摘  要:作为高等学校本科教育的重要环节,实践教学是提高创新型人才培养质量的重要途径。针对生态学的专业特点和创新型人才的培养需求,结合笔者在生态学专业的实践教学经验。阐述了立体化的实践教学体系、多样化的实践育人平台、多元化的教师队伍、科教协同的育人机制和持续改进的实践教学质量保障体系在生态学创新人才培养中的重要功能与实践经验。本研究为在创新人型才培养背景下开展高校实践教学改革提供了一定的理论和实践依据。As an important part of undergraduate education in colleges and universities,practical teaching plays an important role in improving the quality of training innovative talents.In view of the specialty characteristics of ecology and training needs of innovative talents,we summarized the important functions and practical experiences in the cultivation of ecological innovative talents.including the three-dimensional practical teaching system,diversified practical education platforms,diversified teachers,scientific and educational cooperation mechanism and continuous improvement of practical teaching quality assurance system.The results provide some theoretical and practical basis for carrying out practical teaching reform in universities under the background of cultivating innovative talents.
