摘 要:目的探究分析孕妇学校“问题导向式”健康教育的效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月于医院进行产检并自愿进行孕妇学校健康教育的孕妇160例,并随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组实施常规孕妇学校健康教育,观察组实施孕妇学校“问题导向式”健康教育,对比两组孕妇的分娩方式、产后喂养方式、健康教育前后的孕产期保健知识掌握情况以及妊娠期间不良事件的发生情况。结果观察组孕妇的自然分娩率显著高于对照组,观察组孕妇的母乳喂养率显著高于对照组,观察组的孕产期保健知识掌握情况显著优于对照组,观察组孕妇妊娠期间的不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇学校“问题导向式”健康教育可有效改善孕妇的分娩和产后喂养方式,且能显著提高其孕产期保健知识的掌握度。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of“problem oriented”health education in pregnant women school.Methods A total of 160 pregnant women who had undergone prenatal examination in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 and voluntarily received school health education for pregnant women were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was implemented regular school health education for pregnant women,and the observation group was implemented“problem-oriented”health education at school for pregnant women.Compare the two groups of pregnant women’s delivery methods,postpartum feeding methods,the knowledge of pregnancy and childbirth health before and after health education,and the occurrence of adverse events during pregnancy.Results The natural childbirth rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the breast-feeding rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the mastery of health care knowledge of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events during pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The“problem oriented”health education in pregnant women’s school can effectively improve the delivery and postpartum feeding mode of pregnant women,and significantly improve their mastery of maternal health care knowledge.
