四肢骨干创伤开放性粉碎性骨折患者的治疗方法研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同手术方式对四肢骨干创伤开放性粉碎性骨折患者治疗效果。方法2019年4月—2020年7月随机选择在医院接受手术治疗的四肢创伤开放性粉碎性骨折患者100例,根据患者手术方法将所有患者均分为两组,可分为对照组和观察组,均为50例,其中对照组通过外固定支架术式展开治疗,观察组通过交锁髓内钉固定术式展开治疗,最终对比两组患者的骨折恢复情况及不良反应情况。结果对比两组患者术后情况可发现,观察组患者具有更高的骨折恢复优良率;较对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著较低(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,利用交锁髓内钉固定术是治疗四肢创伤开放性粉碎性骨折患者能够取得更佳的治疗效果,能够有效避免不良情况对患者生活产生负面影响。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of different surgical methods on the patients with comminuted limb trauma and open fracture.Methods From April 2019 to July 2020,100 patients with open limb trauma and comminuted fractures who received surgical treatment in the hospital were randomly selected.According to the surgical methods of the patients,all patients were divided into two groups,which can be divided into control group and observation group.There were 50 cases in which the control group was treated with external fixation stents,and the observation group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nails.Finally,the fracture recovery and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results By comparing the postoperative situation of patients in the two groups,it was found that the observation group had a higher rate of excellent and good fracture recovery,while the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,interlocking intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment of open limb trauma and comminuted fracture can achieve a better therapeutic effect,can effectively avoid the negative impact of adverse conditions on the life of patients.
