摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并腹型肥胖男性患者胰岛素抵抗与内脏脂肪面积相关性。方法选择医院收治的90例2型糖尿病合并腹型肥胖男性患者作为本次研究对象,根据其内脏脂肪面积分为对照组30例(<75 cm^(2))、观察组30例(75~100 cm^(2))、研究组30例(>100 cm^(2)),对其血糖指标、胰岛素指标进行监测,比较三组检测指标,分析内部脂肪面积与胰岛素相关性。结果三组的糖化血红蛋白对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组β-抑制蛋白2对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者VFA为血清β-抑制蛋白2水平变化的独立危险因素(B值为0.209,OR值为1.075,95%CI为1.022~1.140,P<0.05),甘油三脂水平与β-抑制蛋白2水平变化无明显相关性。结论内脏脂肪面积大小与患者血糖、胰岛素之间均呈正相关关系。因此,对患者内脏脂肪面积早日进行测量,可对其代谢指标进行判定,从而有效评价患者胰岛素功能。Objective To investigate the correlation between insulin resistance and visceral fat area in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and abdominal obesity.Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with abdominal obesity in the hospital were selected as the research object.According to their visceral fat area,they were divided into control group(30 cases)(<75 cm^(2)),observation group(30 cases)(75 to 100 cm^(2)),and study group(30 cases(>100 cm^(2)).The blood glucose index and insulin index were monitored,and the detection indexes of three groups were compared,and the correlation between internal fat area and insulin was analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups of glycosylated hemoglobin(P>0.05),and the difference between the three groups ofβ-arrestin 2 was statistically significant(P<0.05);patient’s VFA was an independent risk factor(B=0.209,OR value was 1.075,95%CI was from 1.022 to 1.140,P<0.05)for changes in serumβ-arrestin 2 levels.There was no significant correlation between triglyceride levels andβ-arrestin 2 levels.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the area of visceral fat and the patient’s blood sugar and insulin.Therefore,the early measurement of the patient’s visceral fat area can determine its metabolic indicators,thereby effectively evaluating the patient’s insulin function.
