七氟醚与异丙酚复合麻醉下行妇科腹腔镜手术的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用七氟醚复合麻醉与异丙酚复合麻醉对于患者脑氧饱和度的影响。方法选择医院2019年6月—2020年9月期间接受妇科腹腔镜手术治疗患者共计100例,随机划分为两组,一组为对照组(病例50例)均给予异丙酚复合麻醉,一组为观察组(病例50例)均给予七氟醚复合麻醉,对比两组患者的脑氧饱和度(regional cerebral oxygen saturation,rSO2)。结果观察组rSO2值≤45%相关指标低于对照组,观察组气腹建立后的Ppeak、肺动态顺应性与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜术中应用七氟醚复合麻醉对脑氧饱和度影响小,而采用异丙酚复合麻醉对肺功能影响小,二者各具优势,应根据实际情况科学选择麻醉方式。Objective To explore the effect of sevoflurane combined anesthesia and propofol combined anesthesia on cerebral oxygen saturation in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the selected hospital from June 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.One group was the control group(50 cases).All patients were given propofol combined anesthesia,and the other group was the observation group(50 cases),the patients were given sevoflurane combined anesthesia,and the regional cerebral oxygen saturation(rSO2)of the two groups were compared.Results The relevant indicators of the observation group's rSO2 value≤45%were lower than those of the control group.The Ppeak and lung dynamic compliance of the observation group after the establishment of pneumoperitoneum were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sevoflurane combined anesthesia during gynecological laparoscopic surgery has little effect on cerebral oxygen saturation,while the use of propofol combined anesthesia has little effect on pulmonary function.Both have their advantages.The anesthesia method should be selected scientifically according to the actual situation.
