持续护理质量改进对先天性泪囊炎的治疗效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨持续护理质量改进在先天性泪囊炎治疗效果评价。方法选取80例2018年11月—2019年12月在医院门诊治疗的先天性泪囊炎患儿作为本次研究对象,随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和研究组,对照组患儿采取常规护理方案,研究组患儿在常规护理方案的基础上增加持续护理质量改进措施,分析比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果、护理质量评分以及护理满意度。结果研究组的护理效果(97.50%)高于对照组总有效率(85.00%),数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度(97.50%)高于对照组护理满意度(75.00%),数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理质量评分:研究组护理态度(21.55±3.28)分、护理文书书写(20.03±1.01)分、患儿管理情况(18.17±6.94)分、护理操作(20.28±3.36)分高于对照组护理态度(16.67±2.81)分、护理文书书写(15.66±2.94)分、患儿管理情况(14.77±3.81)分、护理操作(15.56±4.42)分,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于先天性泪囊炎患儿来说,持续护理质量改进是一种常用的护理方案,能够明显提高患儿的临床治疗效果,增加护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing quality improvement in the treatment of congenital dacryocystitis.Methods Selected 80 cases from November 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital outpatient treatment of children with congenital dacryocystitis as the research object,using random number table method,the children were divided into the control group and the research group,the control group was used conventional nursing plan,the research group was used continuous nursing quality improvement measures on the basis of conventional nursing plan increase,to compare clinical therapeutic effects,nursing quality ratings and nursing satisfaction of two groups of children.Results The nursing effect of study group(97.50%)was higher than the total effective rate of control group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing quality score:nursing attitude(21.55±3.28)point,nursing document writing(20.03±1.01)point,child management(18.17±6.94)point and nursing operation(20.28±3.36)point in the study group were higher than those in the control group of nursing attitude(16.67±2.81)point,nursing document writing(15.66±2.94)point,child management(14.77±3.81)point and nursing operation(15.56±4.42)point.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with congenital dacryocystitis,continuous nursing quality improvement is an effective nursing program,which can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of children,increase nursing satisfaction.
