护患沟通技巧在传染科护理中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的研究针对传染科患者采用加强护患沟通技巧护理干预在临床护理中的应用体会。方法纳入2018年1月—2020年1月医院传染科收治并护理的80例患者,通过随机掷骰子法将其分为对照组(n=40)及研究组(n=40)。对照组患者采用常规方案护理;研究组采用加强护患沟通技巧护理干预。对比对照、研究两组患者的治疗方案依从度、治疗知识掌握度及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组患者的治疗知识掌握度(100%)显著高于对照组(75.00%);研究组患者的治疗方案依从度(97.50%)显著高于对照组(72.50%);研究组患者的护理满意度(100%)显著高于对照组(77.50%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用加强护患沟通技巧护理干预可以有效提升患者对治疗相关知识的掌握度,从而提高其对治疗方案的依从度,加速患者康复,对患者护理满意度的提升有积极影响。Objective To study the application of nursing intervention to strengthen nurse-patient communication skills in clinical nursing for patients with infectious diseases.Methods Eighty patients admitted and cared for in the department of infectious diseases of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by random lottery.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing program.The research group was adopted nursing intervention to strengthen nurse-patient communication skills.The treatment compliance,mastery of treatment knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and studied.Results After nursing,the treatment knowledge of the study group(100%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%).The treatment protocol compliance of the study group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group(100%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%),with significant data difference and statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention with enhanced nurse-patient communication skills can effectively improve patients’mastery of treatment-related knowledge,so as to improve their compliance with the treatment plan,accelerate patients'rehabilitation,and have a positive impact on the improvement of patients'nursing satisfaction.
