基于专利权人申请行为的专利稳定性研究

摘　　要：知识竞争时代,专利是彰显国家创新活力的重要指标,而专利权稳定性是体现专利质量和价值的关键因素。以涉及无效宣告请求的授权发明专利作为研究对象,申请行为为切入点,通过共线性检验、单因素分析和二元logistic回归分析,结果表明专利权人地区(RR=1.656,P<0.001)、授权节点(RR=1.340,P<0.001)和公开用时(RR=1.238,P=0.013)是专利权稳定性的独立影响因素。In the age of knowledge competition,patent is an important indicator of national innovation vitality.The stability of patents is an critical factor to reflect the quality and value of patents.The granted invent patents experienced invalidation procedure were selected as research objects and application behaviors were taken as pointcuts.Through multiple collinear test,single factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis,the results show that the region of patentee(RR=1656,P<0.001),grant node(RR=1.340,P<0.001)and publication time(RR=1.238,P=0.013)are the independent factors to the stability of patents.
