区域联盟高校图书通用借书证利用率对策研究--以江苏高校数字图书馆JALIS联盟为例

摘　　要：江苏省高校通用借书证服务在江苏推广施行已经20多年,为上万人次提供借阅服务,但也确实存在很多明显弊端。文章通过对2004—2018年间通用借书证后台相关数据的分析,结合历史发展背景,深入了解并分析通用借书证施行现状,找出所存在的问题。在此基础上,结合数字信息技术发展现状,从跨学科的视角提出了包括建立移动微端服务平台、共建全省联合目录、提供馆藏查询、加大宣传力度、激发读者阅读兴趣,以提高通用借书证利用率的几点策略。For more than 20 years,the general library book lending certificate service of universities in Jiangsu province has been popularized and implemented in Jiangsu province.It has provided book lending service for tens of thousands of people,but there are many obvious disadvantages.Through the analysis of the relevant background data from 2004 to 2018,combined with the historical development background,this paper deeply understands and analyzes the current situation of the implementation of the general library book lending certificate,and finds out the existing problems.Based on the above,combined with the development of digital information technology,from the perspective of interdisciplinary,this paper puts forward several strategies including establishing mobile micro-end service platform,jointly building the province joint catalogue,providing library collection checking,intensifying spreading,arousing readers’interest in reading,so as to improve the utilization rate of general library book lending certificate.
