摘　　要：文章以新冠肺炎疫情为背景,分析疫情信息对于抗击疫情的重要作用,并分析了疫情信息的来源及内容。利用大数据技术兼具开放合作的原则,从数据层、应用层、用户层三方面,构建突发公共卫生事件的信息管理平台。信息管理平台的开发有利于提高突发事件的信息处理能力,是一个值得研究的问题。Based on the background of COVID 19 epidemic,this article analyzes the important role of epidemic information in fighting against the epidemic,and analyzes the source and content of epidemic information.Using big data technology with open cooperation principle to build public health emergency information management platform from the three aspects of data layer,application layer,and user layer.The development of information management platform is helpful to improve the information processing ability of emergencies,which is a problem worthy of study.
