摘 要:清选作为联合收割机收获作业中的重要环节,直接影响着物料在收获过程中的损失率和含杂率。目前,长江流域一般使用改进后的谷类收割机收获大豆作物,损失率和含杂率较高,清选效果不佳。分析了国外先进联合收割机清选装置研究现状,探索了国内清选技术,研究了国内大豆脱出物物理特性,分析了国内联合收割机清选分离性能试验结果,阐述了长江流域大豆联合收割机清选装置作业的现状,指出了当前技术条件下清选过程中存在的问题,借鉴国内外先进设计方法和清选技术对如何提升长江流域大豆联合收割机清选性能进行了分析与探讨。As an important parament of the harvester,the cleaning process is related to the loss rate and inclusion rate of materials in the harvest process.Nowadays,soybeans in the Yangtze River Basin are generally harvested through an improved grain harvester.The loss rate and inclusion rate are high,and the clearance effect is not good.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the cleaning device of the world’s advanced combine harvester,the exploration of domestic cleaning technology,the study of the physical characteristic of domestic soybean release,and the study of the separation performance of domestic combine harvester.It also expounds the current situation of the operation effect of soybean combine harvester in the Yangtze River Basin,and points out its problems of clearing.It discusses how to improve the clearing performance of the soybean harvester in the Yangtze River Basin by drawing on advanced design methods and clearing techniques in the world.
