摘  要:塔设备是化工、石油、制药、环保、能源、食品及其它许多工业部门的通用设备,在生产中占有非常重要的地位。浮阀式脱氰塔为浮阀塔盘。首先确定了主要零部件的结构类型,之后按照GB 150-2011《压力容器》标准规范,分别利用手工和SW6-2011过程设备强度计算软件对壳体强度[1]进行设计计算和校核。设计的浮阀式脱氰塔具有生产能力大、分离效率高、操作弹性大、压降小等优点。The tower equipment is general equipment for the chemical,petroleum,pharmaceutical,environmental protection,energy,food and many other industrial departments,which has a very significant position in the production.Float valve type decyanide tower is a kind of float valve tray.First,the structure type of the main parts is determined.Then,according to the standard specification of GB 150-2011(Pressure Vessel),the shell strength is designed,calculated and checked by manual and SW6-2011 process equipment strength calculation software respectively.The design of the floating valve type decyanide tower has the advantages of large production capacity,high separation efficiency,large operation flexibility and small pressure drop.
