摘  要:常村煤矿8110工作面因受DF_(12)断层构造影响,工作面煤体及底板松软破碎、承载能力差,回采过程中常出现液压支架和刮板输送机下陷、煤壁片帮、顶板冒落等问题,给工作面安全生产造成了较大影响。为了解决该问题,提出了利用水泥浆液和化学浆液相配合的方式对工作面煤体进行超前注浆加固技术方案,现场应用效果表明,煤体经过注浆后,整体完整性和稳固性得到了明显提升,自承能力也得到了显著增强,工作面回采过程中未出现设备下陷和顶板事故问题,实现了安全回采,为今后矿井工作面过类似地质构造带提供了一定的技术借鉴。Aiming at soft and broken coal body and floor and poor bearing capacity influenced by DF_(12) fault structure and problems of hydraulic support and scraper conveyor subsidence,coal wall spalling,roof caving during the mining process at 8110 working face of Changcun Colliery,the paper puts forward the technical scheme of advanced grouting reinforcement for coal body at working face by using cement slurry and chemical slurry,whose field application results show that after grouting,the overall integrity and stability of coal body have been significantly improved and the self-supporting capacity has also been significantly enhanced with no equipment subsidence and roof accident in the mining process of working face;and safety mining is realized,which provides a certain technical reference for the future mine working face passing through similar geological structure zone.
