摘  要:尚庄煤矿开采单一B4突出煤层,390工作面B4煤层分叉为B4a煤层和B4b煤层,设计开采下分层B4a煤层。为有效预防390工作面回采期间上邻近B4b煤层瓦斯异常涌出,采用钻孔循环探测方法,探测工作面前方40 m范围内的煤层层间距及构造赋存情况,对构造区域采取强化支护方案,当工作面与B4b煤层层间距小于5 m时,补充B4b煤层消突措施。同时,采用高抽巷抽采B4a煤层、B4b煤层卸压瓦斯,防止回采过程邻近层瓦斯大量涌出和工作面回风隅角瓦斯超限。通过采取综合治理措施,390工作面回风瓦斯浓度稳定在0.1%~0.38%之间,保证了工作面安全生产。The B4 coal seam of 390 working face is bifurcated into B4a coal seam and B4b coal seam while mining single B4 outburst coal seam in Shangzhuang Colliery,and the lower layer B4a coal seam is designed to be mined.To effectively prevent the abnormal gas emission from the coal seam adjacent to B4b during the stoping period of the 390 working face,the drilling cycle detection method is adopted to detect the coal seam spacing and the occurrence of structure within 40 m in front of the working face,and strengthen the support plan is also adopted in structural area.When the distance between the working face and the B4b coal seam is less than 5 m,supplement the B4b coal seam with anti-outburst measures.At the same time,high-drainage tunnels are used to extract pressure-relief gas in the B4a coal seam and B4b coal seam to prevent the massive gas gushing from adjacent layers during the mining process and the excessive gas in the return air corner of the working face.By adopting comprehensive treatment measures,the return air gas concentration of 390 working face is stabilized between 0.1%~0.38%,which ensures safe production at the working face.
