摘  要:随着我国社会经济的不断发展,市场对煤炭的需求量不断增加,国内特大型煤矿数量呈明显上升趋势,但我国煤炭赋存条件复杂,煤炭开采影响因素多、难度大,瓦斯、水、矿压等灾害很常见,“一通三防”管理工作对矿山安全生产起着十分重要的作用。本文将矿井防治水工作与“一通三防”管理进行有机结合,并将这个理念应用至矿井总回风巷安全管理中,通过从下层煤辅运巷顶板向上层煤总回风巷低洼处施工疏放水钻孔,将总回风巷积水疏放至下层煤辅运大巷中,后与辅运巷排水管路对接,将水引流至4-2煤排水系统,避免了由于巷道积水导致的总回风巷全断面断风的现象,从而确保矿井总回风巷正常通风,有效地保证了矿井安全生产。With the continuous development of China’s social economy,the market demand for coal is increasing,and the number of domestic super large coal mines is increasing significantly.Due to the complex occurrence conditions of coal seam in China,there are many influencing factors and difficulties in coal mining,and the common disasters are gas,water and roof,so the management of“one ventilation and three prevention”plays a very important role in mine safety production.The paper combines the mine water prevention and control work with the management of“one ventilation and three prevention”,and applies this concept to the safety management of the main return air roadway.Through the construction of drainage boreholes from the lower coal auxiliary transportation roadway to the upper coal main return air roadway,the water is led to No.4-2 coal drainage system,which avoids the phenomenon of full section air cut-off of the main return air roadway caused by the water accumulation in the roadway,so as to ensure the normal ventilation of the main return air roadway and effectively ensure the safety production of the mine.
