摘 要:陕北榆神地区回采巷道多采用双巷掘进方式,导致需要保留的巷道将受到工作面重复开采扰动影响,造成巷道在二次回采扰动下围岩压力剧增,严重者发生片帮冒顶事故。针对杭来湾煤矿30110综采工作面回风顺槽超前段在二次回采扰动下巷道变形严重问题,采用“注浆-单体-超前液压支架-木垛”联合支护技术代替原来双排单体支柱支护方式对该巷道进行顶帮控制,并对联合支护效果进行评价。现场实践表明,联合支护提高了巷道整体稳定性,巷道两帮下沉量、顶板下沉量及支架载荷显著降低,保障了工作面安全生产。The mining roadways in Yushen mining area in Northern Shaanxi mostly adopt double roadways driving mode,which leads to the influence of repeated mining disturbance on the roadways that need to be retained,resulting in the sharp increase of surrounding rock pressure under the disturbance of secondary mining,and in serious cases,wall spalling and roof fall accidents may occur.In view of the serious deformation problem of the roadway in the advanced support section of the return air roadway of 30110 fully mechanized working face in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine under the disturbance of secondary mining,the combined support technology of“grouting+single hydraulic prop+advanced hydraulic support+wooden crib”is adopted to replace the original double single hydraulic prop to control the roof and wall of the roadway,and the combined support effect is evaluated.The field practice shows that the combined support improves the overall stability of the roadway,reduces the roadway deformation and support load significantly,and ensures the safety production of the working face.
