高端采煤机电控系统分析

摘　　要：采煤机是综采工作面的核心设备,技术密集度高,是工作面高产高效的重要保障,我国高产高效的千万吨级矿井主要依赖进口采煤机。神东煤炭集团等大型煤炭生产企业为保证矿井高产高效,不得不采购价格是国产同型号4~6倍的进口采煤机,对我国采煤机技术发展造成巨大冲击。采煤机电控系统是采煤机的心脏,电控系统的稳定性直接影响采煤机的生产能力,针对进口采煤机电控系统主要特点,结合对进口采煤机的检修经历,从采煤机的保护功能、电控箱布局、电气备件选型、传感器配置、接线方式、组态界面、数据上传等方面对久益采煤机电控系统进行了详细分析,同时也对国产高端、高性能采煤机电控系统的设计提出改进建议。Shearer is the core equipment of fully mechanized working face,which has high technology density.In order to ensure the high yield and high efficiency of working face,China’s high yield and high efficiency mines mainly rely on imported shearers.Shendong Coal Group and other large-scale coal production enterprises have to purchase imported shearers whose price is 4~6 times of the same domestic model in order to ensure high production and high efficiency,which has a huge impact on the development of China’s shearer technology.Electric control system is the heart of shearer,its stability directly affects the production capacity of shearer.According to the main characteristics of the electric control system of imported shearer,combined with the maintenance experience of imported shearer,this paper analyzes the electric control system of JOY shearer in detail from the aspects of protection function,layout of electric control box,selection of electrical spare parts,sensor configuration,wiring mode,configuration interface,data upload,etc.,and puts forward some improvement suggestions for the design of electric control system of domestic high-performance shearer.
